Castleknock Hurling and Football Club presented with GAA McNamee Award for Best Club Website

At a Gala Function in the Burlington Hotel last night CHFC were presented with the McNamee award for Best GAA Website from President of the GAA Seán Kelly. Pictured above are David Leydon and Tony Nulty who maintain the site. A couple of more photos from the night available here...
The GAA have announced the winners of the 2003 Mc Namee awards. These awards are presented annually by the GAA in recognition of outstanding contributions made by individuals in the area of communications. The concept evolved as a result of the Mc Namee report published in 1971.
The Awards will be presented to the recipients by Mr Seán Kelly, President of the GAA at a function in the Burlington Hotel on Saturday, August 28th 2004.
